My purpose of sharing this post is to help create an awareness of the body cells and its importance in human nutrition.
How often have you thought about your cells and how they are feeling or what they need ?
When the cells in our body are given adequate nutrients and water, each of our body parts will naturally be regulated and function properly.
Healthy cells = healthy tissues = healthy organs = health organ systems
Healthy cells are the foundation of human body. The human body has 11 organ systems :
Cardiovascular
Respiratory
Digestive
Integumentary (Skin)
Skeletal
Muscular
Nervous
Endocrine (Hormones)
Lymphatic (Immune)
Urinary
Reproduction
The human body has trillion of cells. Each and every one of these cells “work” 24 hour a day,
365 days a year, to :
~ Eat/Feed : Assimilate nutrients from the bloodstream
~ Work : Perform a very specific function within the body
~ Eliminate/Cleanse : Release waste material into the bloodstream
~ Build/Reproduce : Cells are constantly growing and reproducing
~ Communicate/Interrelate : With other cells, enzymes, hormones, etc.
What are your responsibilities to your cells ?
~Ensure all the necessary nutrients (protein, water, oxygen, vitamins, minerals, etc) are plentiful in the bloodstream so that the cells can happily feast.
~ Ensure the bloodstream is not contaminated with detrimental or foreign substances, toxic chemicals, etc. Too much of these harmful substances cause our cells to become confused and desperate. In their attempt for survival, they begin to absorb things they shouldn’t.
~ Ensure the cell membranes are healthy so that the proper exchange of nutrients and wastes can occur.
The basic needs of a cell :
* Water : A constant supply of fresh, pure water
* Oxygen : A fresh, constant supply
* Protein (amino acid) : Make up the largest proportion of each cell aand are the building blocks of each and every cell,
hormone, tissue. muscle, enzyme, bone , etc
* Carbohydrates (polysaccharides), essential fats 9lipids), vitamins and minerals
The Importance Of Protein
Protein is the key ingredient in forming various organs and tissues in our body as well as the major component of our body’s hormones. It also regulates physiological functions. Therefore, every parts of our body need protein.
Protein Deficiency Will Lead To..
*Poor immune system to counter disease
*Unable to excrete excess water in the body which caused swelling of body
*Loss of muscle suppleness
*Change of hair colour
*Stagnant growth
*Indigestion
*Unable to produce blood and hormones
*Organ malfunction which eventually lead to death
To be continued……….

Where Do You Live ?
Everyone knows the above question and everyone knows the answer. Where do you live ? Have you asked yourself such question and what is the answer you give to yourself ? We are not talking about your house address here but something else you need to know about the place you live .
Today, I am going to share some information I read from a health book as follows :-
Something to think about.
So, you have a body
A place to live your life
A place your soul / spirit calls home
A vehicle that carries you through this lifetime on earth.
This body is a one time offer
Only one make and model was ever made of it
It is unique unto you
There are no replacement parts
You can’t trade it in for a newer model
It is the most important thing to your life
Without it, you are…?
It is vitally important to your very existence that you take the absolute best possible care of it.
So, what do you knw about this body of yours ?
About how it functions and operates ?
About what happens with the food you stuff into it every day ?
About how it copes with all the negative impacts you subject it to ?
What do you know about the proper daily maintenance of this vehicle you ride in life ?
What type of gas are you providing for it to run on ?
Premium, regular or sludge filled ?
How are you with the tune-ups, filters, keeping it clean ?
Who is the owner of this body ?
Whose name is on the ownership papers ?
Whos’s responsible for the maintenance and day to day care of it ?
What are YOU doing to ensure a “peppy” , smooth-running. life-long ride ?
With all these questions putting in front of us, we can now be honest to ourselves with our answers.
And now we realised the important thing in life is health, how do we revitalize, shield, cleanse and nourish our body the way we should so that we can be the very best body owner we can possibly be.
If we don’t care of the body, where will we live ?
Stay tuned for my next post where I will be sharing some information on different vitamins and the benefits they bring to our body.
Cheers

Understanding Massage (Part 2)
If you have read my last post, you will understand the effect of massage it gives to our body and also the health benefits we will receive such as it can help to relax the muscles, improve circulation and blood flow, improve the circulation of oxygen around the body, soothe pain, and leave you feeling revitalised and energetic and etc..etc..
However, the right massage can also be very good for your skin. The improvement of circulation that occurs with a massage can benefit not only internal organs, but can also be reflected on the skin.
Here are few benefits a massage can bring to our skin :-
Massage helps to reduce tension in the skin and adjoining tissues as well as increasing its circulation and improve its nutrition
Massage depending on the medium used to apply it can help to re-moisturise and soften dry skin
Massage can also help to remove dead cells from your skin, removing any dullness and bringing fresh skin to the surface
Since our skin is the largest and most important part of our body system, I would say when we apply any products on our skin it is essential to choose the right personal care and skin care products which contain only natural ingredients. It doesn’t make any sense to take all kind of natural supplement diet but ignore our number one body organ which is our skin that protect our other internal organs or choosing all natural products for external application without taking natural supplement.
After realizing the importance of our skin, I become very conscious of the products I choose to apply on my body from head to toe and the supplement I choose to take on daily basis.
Actually, if you haven’t started looking into such products for your skin, you don’t have to worry ! It’s never to late to change ! When you decide to change your brand, be smarter with your selection. You can find some good products available in the market and the price can be very affordable, containing all natural ingredients and you will be surprised to see the difference it brings to your skin after using them for at least 30 days. Healthy, Radiant, Beautiful Skin makes the difference in your look. We are never too old to look young and never too young to protect our skin from aging fast or premature aging.
I personally use skin care products with all the vitamins which also contain essential antioxidant and nutrients my skin craves for in one simple system. Each step of it is formulated to do its part to nourish but I keep my skin radiant by using a combined system.
If you want me to help you in the recommendation for your natural skin care products and supplement diet for skin beauty, please feel free to write me an email and I will help you with the simple, effective, natural and affordable selection.
Till we meet again !
Cheers
